On March 8, 2006, we received a Pathfinder® certificate on Hillside Juniatti N D 548, making her a Third Generation Pathfinder® Cow and second generation Hillside donor cow!

Hillside Juniatti ND 548 is a result of our embryo program and the breeding of Hillside Dividend 47, a Second Generation Pathfinder® Cow to B/R New Design 036, one of the most superior and proven balanced-trait sires of the breed today. 036 is also the sire of GAR Predestined, the one-time number one $Beef Value bull in the breed. New Design 036 introduced the blood of Ken Caryl Mr Angus 8017 whose progeny have proven to be outstanding carcass cattle and whose daughters have outstanding udder attachment and strength. 036 also added several more layers of Rito linebreeding and several more layers of Schearbrook Shoshone linebreeding. The end result has been all we could wish for. Hillside Juniatti ND 548 is a powerful female that is easy-doing, long-bodied, has abundant milk, is very fertile and feminine and has a picture-perfect udder that is well attached with excellent teats.  She has a tremendous production record with birth weight ratio 5 at 100, weaning 5 at 101 and scans of: IMF 19 at 102, Ribeye 19 at 99, Fat 19 at 94, and Rump Fat 19 at 99.
